ROBERT BRUNT
Founder & Managing Director
My background is in chartered financial planning, where client experience and transparency aren't optional extras — they're the foundation of everything.
Starting Complete Builds came from a genuine frustration with how the construction industry operates. Too many builders treat communication, honesty, and professionalism as an afterthought. We knew it didn't have to be that way.
Bringing the standards of a client-first financial services business into construction is what Complete Builds is built on. The result is a company that operates differently — one where you always know what's happening, what it costs, and why.
Outside of work, I'm a keen golfer and padel player, and I love to spend every spare moment with my young family.
JAKE BAKER
Founder & Managing Director
I am a qualified electrician now for 15 years, working with some of the biggest companies in Dorset to starting my own and completing some high end projects across all areas of the south coast including Sandbanks.
Being in the trade for 15 years, working on homes like yours or on a building site before it’s your home is something I relish and enjoy! Watching the projects develop from start to finish understanding it's the small details that matter amongst a challenging time.
Outside of work I am a family man of two amazing boys who I live for and make me proud every day. I am into training in the gym & snooker. I have competed in a bodybuilding show once before and I currently play for a team in the local snooker league.
