Do I need building regulations approval for new drainage?

Most new drainage work and alterations to existing systems require building regulations approval. We handle the notifications and inspections as part of the job.

What is a soakaway and do I need one?

A soakaway disperses rainwater into the ground rather than the mains drainage system. Many local authorities, including BCP Council, require them for new driveways, extensions and outbuildings where surface water can't drain to the mains.

Can you fix blocked or damaged drains?

Yes — we carry out drain repairs, replacements and new connections. For persistent problems we can excavate and replace damaged runs rather than repeatedly patching them.

Do you do groundworks for other builders?
